1. Focus and meditation
We need to
focus on whatever we do. Focus is only thing which can help you to sharp your
mind. For focus, you need patience and go in deep of the work you are doing it
might be study or anything. Our mind is distracted by many things mostly mobile
phones or stress or it can be anything. But you don't have to lose you focus
You better know
it that how important is exercise for our body and mind. If one's have good
health then definitely his mind will work good than a person who is unhealthy.
We should do exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
3. Drink Water
Yes, you heard
right that drinking water is most important to sharp our mind. Our body made of
80% water. Our body requires sufficient amount of water.
You have to
take proper sleep. Our mind should get rest properly then it would definitely work
well.
As we all know
that how important is having healthy food? Our mind related to our health so we
need to eat healthy food every day. Healthy food includes green vegetables and
milk curd etc.
